Go to Transaction Code: IW33 and we click on the filter option button.
In the Order Type we select either AD03 or AD04

Go to the Control component in Orders for the getting the Order Created date.
Note
Include incapability list flag is one more option to check against the Material Capability status in
transaction MM03 for identifies Repairing in EXTERNAL or Not? We need only EXTERNAL.
As soon as Equipment dismantled from A/C for repair, then Refurbishment (AD03) work order is
created with status “CRTD”. System will release this order with status “REL”.
As soon as order released, system will create a PR (purchase requisition). Then the order will move to
PRC system. When back to PRA system, if movement type is 261, 262, 101 then system will update
with status “TECO” or “CLSD”.
For checking the Material capability list and double click on Equipment and got to the SerData for
Material Number.

Double click on Material number with General Plant Data/Storage 1 and then check the Include in
Capability List for comparing its EXTERNAL or Internal.
For checking identifying through Include Capability List value =’Y’ then it is Internal Operations or
Include Capability List value = Blank then it is EXTERNAL Operation.

Exception message is not exist in the system. This is something we have to maintain in
extractor logic (hard corded) and extract to .
A 102 movement is a reversal of a 101 and is called a cancellation. If we have a 101 followed
by a 102 cancellation, then there is no net 101 movement and it is missing. Same logic
required for 261 and 262. There should be one each of these movements.
