Selected Accomplishments from Business Career

Conducted organizational audit of Darimex International’s operations in Romania that assisted the
owners in reorganizing their company; December 2007-January 2008.

Developed large library of English language training materials and customized them for use with
both corporate and individual clients in Romania; 2000-2008.

Recruited twenty software engineers in Romania for clients in USA; 1998-1999.

Led IBM team that designed and implemented (on time and within budget) the first computer-based
skill certification test for AS/400 computer system operators. 1994.

Re-negotiated contracts with non-IBM instructors, reducing by 35% the fees paid by IBM. 1993.

Led team that built support procedures for new IBM nationwide training delivery process. Revenue
grew from $0.4 million to over $2 million in one year; 1992.

Led team of 12 IBM instructors in a complete curriculum redesign. Designed and conducted
