It’s time to start selling Musical program ads to businesses and to
your family and friends!
Ad Information/Formatting
Text must be of a reasonable length, considering the ad size. Do not submit a full page of text and select a
¼ page ad, as it will be returned. All text must be typed. We reserve the right to edit or reject ads for
length or content. All ads will be printed black and white.

Digital photos or large files must be placed on a CD if too large to send via email. They must be high
quality .jpg. Label all CDs clearly and name each photo file something that identifies what the picture is
for.
All ads must be submitted in electronic format.
Order Forms and Payment
An order form must be completed and turned in with each ad. Every ad should have its own order form.
(One check for multiple order forms is acceptable; write same check number on all forms.) Additional
blank order forms can be duplicated or downloaded from our website at: www.hawkdrama.weebly.com
Order forms with payment must be in an envelope marked “Musical Ad” and given to Mrs. Malone.
Checks must be made payable to HHS Theatre. Please provide your email on the form. You will receive
a verification email for your ad.
