THE ART OF BALANCE (TAB) POLICY
Welcome to TAB!
TAB is an inclusive environment and we are happy you chose our studio to
spend your time in. We strive to be effective in our classes and courteous with
our service. We would like all of our clients to feel like family. This is a letter that

misunderstandings about payment and studio policy.

The studio will be closed on all statutory holidays.
If registered, you will be given notice of any other closings by email and of course by posting on the studio
door. Where possible, holidays are posted in the class schedule.
BAD WEATHER POLICY
When there is extreme weather, please refer to the website or call the studio to see if classes will be
cancelled. A sign will also be posted on the studio door and on our Facebook page in case of any
emergency cancellation.

The studio will make every effort to open its doors 15 minutes before class starts.
There is a ten-minute grace period for latecomers to enter a class; after ten minutes the class is closed, for
your own safety. Generally the first ten minutes is crucial to help you warm and prepare the body; when you
come after that point it may cause you unnecessary harm.
No food or beverages are permitted inside the studio area for the exception of water.

Abuse of equipment and studio space will not be tolerated and could be subject to damage fee.
As TAB strives for a greener environment we ask that participants bring their own mat for classes that
require one.
All children in reception area must be supervised.
We love pets' but unfortunately they aren't allowed in the studio.
Whenever possible please leave valuables at home as TAB will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
We would appreciate your understanding with concerns of this matter.
