- Excellent Design & Manufacture acquisition opportunities to build network in
an attractive high growth sector (avoiding generic networks)
- Potential ODM opportunities to supplant Brand Name in blood glucose
metering, defibrillators, lab equipment, hearing aids, drug infusion pumps,
detection systems and other products

Building the globally leading Medical Sector plastic injection moulding/metalwork
enclosure network
- Work currently being planned (see email below)
- $M added to company value for a fraction of the cost of network acquisition

- Share price increases by a factor of acquisition cost (can get share price up
in a lacklustre market)



BUILDING CONSULTANCY
MHM is currently busy building up its Q2/Q3 Acquisition and Consultancy load –
following client confirmation it has just commenced a major East European
microelectronics acquisition programme – next off the blocks is the identification of
the best client for the Medical EMS design and manufacture network building
acquisition consultancy.
Usually on these projects it is possible only to have one client – characteristics of the
Medical Network Building acquisition project being planned are:

Bespoke project creating European Medical network design and manufacture
acquisitions - additional acquisitions likely in China and Americas

1-5 Medical facility acquisitions planned:
- Often on the Medical Equipment Brand Name’s doorstep
- Objective to tie-up products and/or key account share
- Design/ODM included
- Many key targets already identified

