Compare Israel’s theocracy to at least two other forms
of human government. Which is the best form? Why?
Israel's theocracy was a government ruled by
God Himself. Other forms of government include
democracy (rule by the many or the common people),
oligarchy (rule by the few rich), monarchy (rule by
one), aristocracy (rule by the nobles), and tyranny (a
bad form of one-man rule). The best form was
Israel's theocracy, because there can be no ruler more
just, more loving, and more protecting than God
Himself.
