Full description
During the apprenticeship you will learn how to operate safely as
part of a team producing fibre to our exacting standards from raw
material to baled fibre. You will learn how to use a computerbased control system to monitor and operate the plant and react
to/rectify plant breakdown or mal-operation. You will also
experience working a 12-hour continuous shift pattern.
Short description
Working with our production team you will learn how to operate
plant with the aim of maximising first quality fibre output in our
modern manufacturing environment.

Skills required
Team player with a ‘hands on’ and flexible approach. Good
communication skills.
Qualifications required
Good grades (A-C) in Maths, English and Science along with
initial assessments passed to the required level. (These will be
carried out prior to employment)
