The moment the sound of a wonderful music coming from the sound box manufactured by
myself from welding circuit to final testing, I have been attracted by IC design. In university, I got
to learn about Automation, from programming with C++ to microcomputer system, and I want to
reach a higher level of my professional research as well as my career. 这里能说的再具体一些
吗 ? 比 如 professional 方面 的 什 么 ? 另 外 , 你 们这 个 专 业 的 人 是 不 是 都要 学 C++ 、
microcomputer system?如果是那你学的好吗?还是你是自己主动学的?Besides, the joy of
creating and my love for integrated circuits also encourage me to pursue my research career in a
special area, Electronic Circuits.
总体感觉这个开头没有之前的 PS 的开头顺,感觉句子之间比较跳跃,联系不是很紧密。你
其实没有必要受它题目的影响去很干涩的回答每一个问题,比如它问你 Motivation,你就硬
说个 123,你大学四年的学习、你过去做的事情这些本身就构成你的申请东西,不要为了显
示出动机而去特意写动机,很不协调的。这篇题目就是抽离了非专业经历的 PS,除此之外
没啥特殊之处。
Given access to Electrical and Computer Engineering by courses in Automation, I focus my
interest on integrated circuits in the process of learning and designing. In Analog Electronics, I
learned how to analyze analogical electronics qualitatively and debug circuits to achieve success.
My favorite is analysis of logic circuits within Digital Electronics class, in which I am the only one
in the class who got full score. The same year I got National Scholarship and Major Award of DHU
based on my excellent performance in both morals and study.
With my passion for academic studies, I make my effort to consolidate my experimental practical
ability. I acquired certain expertise in FPGA curriculum design, which was about designing a LCD
display control circuit via the PLD development software Quartus II. I chose optimum design
scheme, fabricated components and designed different package modules. Besides, I trimmed
microinstructions of HD44780 and added several logic gates to eliminate error state. Later, I
involved in designing a voltage-controlled function generator. With a circuit experiment box, I
designed the circuit by stimulating with EWB and calculated the relative values of components for
selection. In the process, I learned how to test and debug the circuit to make amplitude and
frequency of the wave changing in certain scale. In addition, I added some capacitances into the
branches to meliorate shape of the wave. The design ended with a success.

做 circuit design engineer 了?My career goal is to be a circuit design engineer. As my career
preparation, I tend to enter a company, such as Intel, NVIDIA, as an assistant engineer to work
with worldwide circuit development teams, get a whole picture about electrical and physical
design and participant in circuit design development process to learn how to design, simulate,
test and improve circuits. In the following years, I will accumulate experience in developing
challenge circuits independently, determining system requirements and leading the project
developing. 有了这些经历的积累然后做什么呢?
Hence, as the first and the most important step, I want to attend MSECE program in UC Davis.
Considering its reputation for successfully transforming theories into practice and supplying the
demand of society,这个是它家的特色吗?通过哪些渠道来实现的? I am also attracted by its
geographical advantage of being in close proximity to Silicon Valley and large corporate R&D
centers, from which I can benefit good opportunity to achieve my career goal. I will take courses,
such as Mos Analog Circuit Design, to gain basic principle of circuit design and improve my skills
of solving technological problems with the chance of working in lab (SSCRL, VCL). Meanwhile, I
will seek for an opportunity to work off campus to get training with challenging projects and
foster my capacity for sustaining learning and developing.这个能说的再详细一些吗?通过什么
