Remote Desktop & SSLVPN Configuration
Before You Begin:
Contact the CICL Help Desk at http://helpdesk.nursing.pitt.edu to be added to the
SSLVPN group.
At Your Office:

Click Start
Type CMD in the search field
Click the CMD (Command Prompt) icon
Type ipconfig/all
Take note of the IPv4 address, should look like 136.142.235.123*
*(last 4 digits will be different)
At Home:

Open a browser
Go to https://sremote.pitt.edu
Enter your Pitt username and password
Click the link for Firewall-Nursing-USERS-NetworkConnect
Click Start button next to Network Connect
Click Start (the main Windows start button)
Type Remote in the search field
Click Remote Desktop Connection
Enter your IP address (i.e. 136.142.235.123)
