11. a non-rewriteable storage device (for example a CD), containing the documents in points 1, 6
and 7 in electronic format, if possible in PDF (Portable Document Format). In case of
application sent by certified email, the documents attached must be produced in the same way.
Finally I give my consent for the storage of any personal data given here as per Legislative Decree
no. 196 of 30th June 2003 for the purposes of this selection procedure..

EXPLANATORY NOTES:
(1) The declarations are made solely in the event that the candidate has a criminal record, is
currently on trial or is subject to criminal proceedings, has worked or is working for the public
administration and/or has either not completed his/her military service or has not been exempted. In
the opposite case, however, where none of these points apply to the candidate, there is no obligation
to make a declaration.
(2) Candidates must indicate employment both past and present. In the case of terminated
employment, candidates must declare the reason for the termination of the employment if it falls
into one of the following categories: removal; release for persistent poor performance; debarment
from the post pursuant to article 127, first paragraph, letter d) of Consolidated Act 3/1957; dismissal
for disciplinary reasons;
(3) Personal declarations may be made by Italian and EU citizens without limitations. For non-EU
citizens the provisions of art. 3 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 apply; these provisions enable
candidates to use a personal declaration to prove personal states, facts and qualities which can be
certified or attested by Italian private or public bodies. Therefore, in the case of non-EU citizens the
possession of a research doctorate or post-doctoral experience must be proved by producing
certification – either the original or a copy identical to the original – issued by the institutions where
the research doctorate and the post-doctoral experience were carried out.
In application of art. 33 of Presidential Decree no. 445 of 28th December 2000, for any documents
in a foreign language other than English, French, German or Spanish a translation into Italian must
be attached which is certified as being identical to the foreign text and which is issued by the
appropriate Embassy or Consulate or by an official translator.
