IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THE ATTENTION OF CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HOLDERS USING CMC SERVICES
With effect from 1/2/2011, the Reserve Bank of India has mandated an additional authentication number (One Time Password –
OTP) for all IVR(Phone based) transactions where credit cards are used.
If you wish to make an appointment using the call center, you will now have to get an additional 6 digit password (OTP) from your
bank.
The following banks have made arrangements with our payment provider (M/s Atom Tech) to acquire the OTP during the
transaction (during which you will be put on hold).
(1) ICICI Bank (2) HDFC Bank (3) AXIS Bank (4) Kotak Bank (5) Vijaya Bank
For customers from all other banks, you are requested to contact your bank to get the OTP sent by SMS to your registered phone,
prior to the transaction.
