Rakan-rakan Pelajar,
Merujuk kepada perkara diatas, Saya Humam Nukman Sungkar merupakan pelajar
Kursus Ijazah Sarjana Sains (Pengurusan Pembinaan) dari Fakulti Kejuruteraan
Awam, University Teknologi Malaysia ingin memohon jasa baik dan kerjasama pihak
rakan-rakan pejalar untuk mengisi soal selidik yang telah dilampirkan bersama-sama
dengan surat ini.
Borang selidik yang dilampirkan adalah bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor
kepuasan terhadap penyegeraan bangunan hostel untuk pelajar-pelajar di UTM.
Borang selidik akan mengambil masa lebih kurang 3 menit untuk dilengkapkan.
Jawaban rakan-rakan terhadap soal selidik ini akan dipertimbangkan sebagai
maklumat sulit dan akan hanya digunakan bagi tujuan akademik sahaja.

I am Humam Nukman Sungkar, student of Construction Management, Faculty of
Civil Engineering, University Technology Malaysia, implore you to fill up this

The purpose of this questionnaire is to evaluate the maintenance management for the
multi storey student hostel at UTM, by knowing the satisfactory factors of the tenants
(the student that living at the building).
