Vantage Film Locations Terms and Conditions
I agree to allow Vantage Agency to work on my behalf to source potential work in film, TV, stills or
similar for my property. I understand that work gained for my property through Vantage Agency
will be paid to me by the production crew once the final booking has been made. No fee is due
unless the property is used in the production. Vantage has the right to charge the production a
separate booking fee for your house.
I understand that there is no guarantee that my property will receive work by being listed with
Vantage. Vantage agrees that their staff will be working to the best of their ability promote all
listed property to producers, location managers and editors throughout Australia. Vantage
endeavors to only work with reputable clients and will find out as much information as possible
before offering any work to listed properties. . It is the decision of the property owner to accept or
not any opportunities offered by Vantage and their clients.
Vantage can not be held responsible for any loss, damage or otherwise that may occur while the
property is being attended by any members of the production team or after, during or before a
shoot. Vantage will do everything in their power to ensure your privacy, however Vantage cannot
be held responsible for any loss, or otherwise that may occur from having your property listed in
the Vantage Film Locations catalogue. Vantage will make sure clients / productions have all
required insurance and where required, coordinators to greatly reduce the risk of damage or loss
and ensure that in the unlikely situation that any damage occurs the owner is properly
compensated by production.
By signing this form the owner agrees to have their property represented by Vantage Agency until
the owner wishes to be withdraw their house or they sell their property. No refund will be due at
any time.
All information gathered on this form is for the information of Vantage Agency and their clients
within the film and television industry. NO INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO OR ON SOLD TO
THIRD PARTIES. No private information will be accessible to the general public.
The property owner agrees to keep Vantage updated on any changes to the property and any
changes to the owner’s details.
Note - When a property is hired to a client a separate agreement from the producers may need to
be signed. It is up to the owner to read and check the producers agreement.

Catalogue.

side OR less than 200kb in size. This makes it a lot easier to receive the emails.
