Rio Tinto is an Australian Coal mining giant having its operations spread across geographies. The project started in
Sept 2008, it is a Ongoing Post Production Support, Maintenance and Enhancement project for the SAP HRMS
modules. It involves resolving the daily cases (Tickets) both Functional & Technical raised by the Rio Tinto end

users. Requests also include change requests & new enhancements in the existing system. I have worked as
Functional Consultant involved in supporting business changes, resolving help desk tickets for issues across
various modules of SAP-HR including PA, OM, ESS/MSS, Talent Management, Security, Time Management and
LSMW, implementing minor enhancements and supporting end of year activities within stipulated SLAs.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding the functionality provided by the Implemented SAP system
 Understanding the issue raised by end user, simulating it in development environment and providing the
optimal solution with stipulated timelines

HRMS Implementation )
This project was SAP HRMS full implementation for the combined entity of Bank of America Conituum Solutions
India and Costa Rica Operations. All the HRMS modules except Payroll were planned to be implemented. The
existing / legacy systems for both India and Costa Rica had to be harmonized and then implemented in SAP
system. Worked as functional lead consultant for E-Recruiting and Associate consultant for PA and OM modules.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding the existing systems used for various HR operations at both India and Costa Rica. Harmonizing
the processes and then arriving at a common best practice solution for both
 Actively participating in brainstorming sessions with the management and super users and designed the
Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure and Organizational structure and mapping them into SAP
 Lead multiple rounds of workshops with business analyst from BACS to gather the requirements, to obtain
existing process details for blue print and project scope determination
 Preparing and refining the requirements doc and process flows in consultation with the client for HR processes
 Analyzing the touch points with other HRMS modules and identifying the requirements for the interfaces
between them
 Fit Gap analysis for the business requirements and identifying the customizations and the level of complexity

Company (PSE&G), PSEG Power LLC (PSEG Power), and PSEG Energy Holdings LLC (Energy Holdings).
PSE&G engages in the transmission, distribution, and sale of electric energy and gas service to commercial,
residential, and industrial customers in New Jersey. Infosys was involved with PSEG for SAP HRMS
implementation for PA and ESS modules.
Responsibilities:
 Led the client team to design of the, to be process master data maintenance in SAP.

company manufactures and markets packaged food products, consisting principally of beverages, cheese, snacks,
convenient meals and various packaged grocery products. This was a post production support project handling the
end user issues in PA, PD and OM.

Project Bank of America and Fleet Bank
merger
Bank of America and Fleet Bank merger was implemented and due to integration of two large scale banks a lot of
new Interfaces were developed. These Interfaces were communication channels for the data flow between the
legacy system and the new one. Also a lot of new reports were being developed in order to facilitate the higher
management to work efficiently. Testing of these Interfaces and Reports was executed in this project.
Responsibilities:
 Onsite-offshore coordination and communicating with Business analysts for understanding the redesigned
website and newly implemented benefits system etc. Communicating the same to offshore team members and
making then understanding the scope/objective of project
 Build testing strategy and designing the test cases as per the functional requirements referring to the Business
requirement specifications through the documentum docbase
 Test cases Execution Planning: identify the flow of execution, grouping all the scenarios with similar flow,
collecting the respective data set for execution so as to verify & validate the given requirements on timely basis
for the said population, Ensure the functional flow & testability of the corresponding cases

USA
This was an Oracle HRMS enhancement project to develop interfaces/processes for migrating employees of the
client from Large Market Payroll (LPS) to Small Market Payroll (SMP). This also included processing the Payroll
for SMP clients in Oracle Payroll. It also involved the testing of Benefits management system for all the OAB
clients of Fidelity Investments. These clients were migrated form the legacy system to Oracle Applications.
Responsibilities:
 Actively involved in requirement gathering from client by analyzing the existing processes in LPS
 Preparation of Systems requirements and analysis document and Technical Specification document
 Coding Interfaces/packages as per TSD using PL/SQL
 Preparation of unit and system test plan and executing the unit testing. Fixing any defects and retesting
 Preparation of test strategy and detailed test cases based on the functional/technical specification documents
 Execution of proration testing, preprocessing testing. Reporting the test results, raising the defects and
retesting of the fixes
