If this application is approved, any decision conveyed by MDeC to the recipient on the
scope and amount of the funding offered (the “Grant”) and the conditions upon which
the Grant is subjected to, shall be final and not open to any negotiation, appeal or
recourse. If the application is rejected, the decision conveyed by MDeC to the Company
shall be final and is not open to appeal or any other recourse by the Company.
