Design e-mail broadcasts for certain recruitment projects, using MS Word and Outlook.
Communicate with recruitment staff and client managers to gain feedback from searches
performed and overall project needs.
Analyze daily production numbers for the recruitment and research staff.
Advise the President and CEO of issues with the staff while bringing forth proactive solutions.
Delegate tasks to various members of the firms support staff.
Evaluate new tools for use by the research department.
File project documents.
Assist in the training of new recruitment staff.
