Cell Illustration: 1. Draw an animal cell. 2. Color it with Colored Pencils only and use a
thin Sharpie for the lines and edges. 3. You may use multiple resources such as Books,
Diagrams, or online. 4. Illustration must be put on white paper
4 – ¼” by 5.5” and glued on to a background. 5. Label each of the organelles from the
list below. On the back of your Animal Cell, type out your Organelles and write a brief
definition for each term below. 6. Animal Cell must look 3-Dimensional
The Terms: The following organelles should be used to label your cell:
� Nucleolus
� Microtubules
� Nucleus
� Cell membrane
� Micro and Intermediate Filaments
� Mitochondria
� Vacuole
� Golgi Complex
� Rough and Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum
� Secretory Vesicle
� Peroxisome
� Lysosome
� Cytosol or Cytoplasm
