Adult Learning & Participatory Training
Introduction
There is a great deal of information available on the
theory of andragogy (adult learning). However, all
trainers need to have a basic understanding of the styles
in which people learn, and more specifically the
principles of adult learning.
This unit provides a basic introduction to the theory and
how this relates to the delivery of effective and
participatory training.
