Blue Cross of California / WellPoint, Health Insurance Industry (Newbury Park, CA)

The Boeing Company / Rocketdyne, Aerospace & Defense Industry (Canoga Park, CA)

Created a new consulting business unit with in the company, leveraging training and OD skills into services to be sold to existing customers, as well as in the development of new business relationships. Result: Increased revenue to company by over 300%.
