There is a symposium registration fee of $45 for Members, $10 for Student Members, $50 for Non-members, and $15 for
Non-member students with valid student ID.

The purpose of the Society is to stimulate interest among the general public in the culture, history and archaeology of
ancient Mesopotamia, in particular the civilizations of Sumer, Babylon and Assyria, as well as neighbouring ancient
civilizations. The Society is a chartered, non-profit organization with no political or ideological affiliations or functions.
Following are the Society’s areas of activity: Public Lectures, Exhibitions, Research, Archaeology (Co-sponsor of The
Canadian Expedition to Syria).
