Developed, tracked, and ran 8-week cycle projects in collaboration with executive stakeholders, group project leads,
finance, engineering managers and client services from backlog grooming and sprints through UAT and release.

Completely revamped a dysfunctional Jira project planning system, upgrading two versions, reconfiguring, and
cleaning out obsolete data; evaluated new tools, introduced Jira Agile plug-in and Kanban, created detailed
procedural guides, and trained all squad project managers on their use.

Created information radiator dashboards; translated a large, complex tracking system into comprehensible weekly
