Plaintiff Jill Watkins has moved the Court, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
3 15(d), for leave to supplement her complaint with claims relating to Defendants’ responses to
4 Microsoft Corporation’s January 31, 2008 proposal to acquire Yahoo! Inc., and to add David Filo
5 and Maggie Wilderotter as Defendants in this action.

This matter came on for hearing on April 23, 2009, at 2:00 p.m.

Having considered the pleadings on file, the arguments of the parties, the papers submitted,
8 and other matters of which the Court may properly take judicial notice, and finding good cause
9 therefore, the Court hereby denies Plaintiff’s motion for leave to supplement her complaint and to
10 add Mr. Filo and Ms. Wilderotter as Defendants.
