used all year round, thanks to a retractable cover being in place during the winter months, making this a unique al-fresco environment in
the heart of the West End.
ACCOMMODATION
LICENSING
The last remaining A3 opportunity in Kingly Court; a first floor unit
of approximately 570sq ft (53 sq m). The unit benefits from A1
Retail Use, with the option for a temporary 2 year A3 permitted
development change of use, with the potential to retain the A3
Use on a permanent basis (subject to planning). Our client is
