Indonesia. The Company’s core business is developing industry-based real estate, supported and enhanced by
infrastructure and township management services. The company owns Indonesia’s largest industrial estate and hosts
numerous FMCG businesses and a dry port. The greater region is Indonesia’s most rapidly growing industrial area with
adjoining business parks at PT Lippo Karawaci and PT Sinarmas.

Aside from acting as the producer and distributor, CCAmatil
also sells and markets Coca-Cola products through more than

Trade (supermarkets and mini markets all over Indonesia) and
General Trade (traditional outlets). All manufacturing is
performed in Indonesia especially at the facility in Jawa Barat
