SYLLABUS

Meetings:
This is a two credit seminar meeting once per week for two hours each over thirteen
weeks.
Readings:
Assigned readings are gathered into a single Reader and total approximately 35-50
pages per week. Materials include excerpts from international agreements and
adjudication, U.S. legislation, scholarly journals, government publications,
newspaper articles, websites and student comments.
