Brief
There are over 2,000 Burger King outlets across Europe & The Middle East selling Coca-Cola products, across 29 different
countries within 4 regions - Central Europe, NW Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East. Coca-Cola GB has to audit these outlets
4 times a year to ensure they are dispensing Coca-Cola products to the highest quality. They do this via a network of technical
auditors who complete a pre-filled Quality Maintenance Call (QMC) form for each outlet.

Burger King Quality Maintenance Call Form
Result
S2 manage this quality checking process smoothly and accurately, submitting regular reports to Coca-Cola. S2 also
manages a rebate programme for Burger King on behalf of Coca-Cola, similar to the programmes for Subway and
Dominos. Their UK Marketing Fund (based on product sales) is delivered by S2 to 35 UK restaurant chains, over
500 restaurants twice yearly. Our service to Coca-Cola also includes database hosting & management within this
project.
