Mission Statement
To pursue and attain quality growth with the YUM! Brands
Restaurant group, maintaining and exceeding the highest levels of
Hospitality, Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Operating efficiency
through a management system, which has a foundation based on
equity participation management.
Multiple partnership companies will be developed so that each
partner brings the motivating pride of ownership closer to the
individual operating unit. The goal is to develop a unique culture
in which entry staff seek to become assistants, assistants to become
managers, managers to become district managers and where
district managers can visualize the dream of becoming an
ownership partner. Within this management framework, growth
development will be considered of all the YUM! Brands as
appropriately determined for each area under advisement from
YUM! Brands Companies-Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, A&W and
Long John Silvers.
