A Record of Successful Stewardship
All of the communities we manage are special! We consider our involvement
with each client to be a great privilege and are proud of our accomplishments
on their behalf and on behalf of our residents. Below is a short story about our
success with a landmark property:

THE GRANDVIEW AT ANNAPOLIS TOWNE CENTER, MARYLAND
Guest Services assumed management of this commanding 13-story building
with views of the Chesapeake Bay from the upper levels in June 2012. In
addition to 150 luxury units ranging from 840 to 3650 sq. ft., the building
includes 24-hour access-controlled entrances and covered parking, and a
rooftop pool, sundeck and adjacent lounge.
The Guest Services staff comprises three concierge attendants, a building
engineer and an on-site general manager. Although the staff is small, the
undertaking is not: Guest Services has been able to keep association fees
virtually level from year to year, even with the full-time dedicated building staff.
The residents appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff,
all of whom receive extensive, ongoing training.
A letter from a GrandView resident states,“There is no doubt that our residents
are much happier with Guest Services at the helm…We look forward to many
more years of professional management services under the Guest Services
brand.”

Nearly a Century of Service
Guest Services has been welcoming guests with our warm hospitality since
1917. Originally founded to provide food and recreation services to federal
workers during World War I, we – together with our subsidiaries – now employ
more than 3,500 team members who serve approximately 25 million guests
annually at more than 250 locations nationwide. Our varied management
portfolio includes hotels and resorts, government and business dining, retail
and recreation facilities, and property management. Although our reach is
national, our focus always is on our local clients and customers.
