Withdrawal offer 1 for the AMP Capital Enhanced Yield and Challenger Howard Mortgages funds is now closed. The offer closed at 5:00pm (Sydney time) on 9 April 2009.

I submitted a withdrawal request during withdrawal offer 1. When will I receive my payment?

Any withdrawal or switch out requests received by ING by 5:00pm (Sydney time) on 9 April 2009 will be considered for payment by 30 April 2009. You will be mailed a letter with details of the payment you have received.

When is the next withdrawal offer?

Withdrawal offers are subject to sufficient liquidity being made available by the underlying fund manager. Should a second withdrawal offer be made we will post details on www.anz.com >

What happens if I submitted a withdrawal/switch request after 9 April 2009?

The switch out/withdrawal request will not be processed and you will need to submit a new request when another withdrawal offer is made.

What happens if I submitted more than one withdrawal/switch out request during the withdrawal offer period?

If you are invested in ANZ OneAnswer Investment Portfolio and you submit more than one request during a particular withdrawal offer period, we will process the last request received by us prior to the closing time and date for that withdrawal period. All other requests will be cancelled.

I have submitted a withdrawal request. When will I receive my payment?

All withdrawal or switch out requests received by ING by 5:00pm (Sydney time) on 9 April 2009 will be processed as quickly as possible. The time taken to process the requests will ultimately depend on the volume of requests received. Once payments have been processed, you will be mailed a letter with details of the payment you have received.

What happens if I submitted more than one withdrawal/switch out request during the withdrawal offer period?

For ANZ OneAnswer Personal Super and Pension members, if you submit more than one request during a particular withdrawal offer period, we will contact you to confirm which withdrawal or switch out request you wish to have considered for payment.

What happens if I submitted a withdrawal/switch request after 9 April 2009?

We will hold on to your withdrawal/switch request and it will be considered for payment at a later date.

Please note, ANZ OneAnswer Personal Super and Pension members can submit a withdrawal or switch out request at any time. Your withdrawal/switch out request will then be considered for payment in the next available withdrawal period.

How much of my request can I expect to be paid?

The actual amount paid to each member that requests to withdraw or switch out will depend on the value of all withdrawal and switch out requests received prior to 5:00pm (Sydney time) on 9 April 2009 and the level of cash made available within a fund to meet the requests received. All withdrawal and switch out requests from a fund will receive the same proportion of their request, irrespective of when the request is received.
