also provides training for teachers in your
district so that they are able to teach online
effectively.
Will my child still be a student of

participate in district events, athletics and
programs.

Consider the online opportunities your own school district offers
in coordination with blendedschools.net.
Online classes are Flexible. Students can access classes 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week and can review lessons as many times as
needed.
Online students often have more Individual interaction with their
teachers.
Highly qualified teachers from your school district will teach
your child. Your child’s education won’t be outsourced to
teachers who do not know your district and community.
You and your child have a strong line of constant communication
with the teacher. Teachers can provide immediate feedback,
encouragement and support through class activities, emails, and
other tools built into the classes.
Your child’s teacher, and district leaders will actively support
your child through the online experience. In addition,
blendedschools.net provides an online Help Desk, which you or
your student can contact with questions along the way.

How can I support my online learner?
Connect with your child’s teacher. Introduce yourself through an email message and provide contact information so the teacher can communicate with you throughout your child’s online experience. Establish a routine. Your child will experience more success in online classes when he participates daily and makes a time commitment to do so. Log in with a Parent Account. Your district can
provide you with a Parent Account so that you can log
in and check your student(s) work, grades, and
upcoming assignments.
