(One of the largest agri-based companies in Bangladesh. Producer of animal feed and day old chickens)


Prepared plans for entry of Kazi Farms Group into the wholesale and retail market in the poultry
industry. Carried out financial feasibility of all new projects.

Successfully pitched and arranged four large financing deals.

Prepared all financial models for dealing with IFC appraisal team. The projects included 3 breeder
farms, 4 hatcheries and 1 feed mill.

Initiated the development of the human resource function as a formal unit in the company. The
group included 18 companies with a total number of approximately 3000 employees.

Managed the largest business account of Unilever. Coordinated design, development, production
and delivery of 103 varieties of packaging product. The account grew 24% in the first year under
my leadership. Planned for and recruited personnel to set up a new Quality assurance department.
