Celebrate Chinese New Year
Cottontail Road Trail
Chinese New Year is a traditional holiday that is
celebrated at the turn of the Chinese calendar.
2015 is the Year of the Goat which begins
on February 19. Whether you are looking to
learn more about this holiday or want to read
a Chinese New Year-inspired story, check out

Opportunities
The Volunteer Services Programme
of the Wellington Terrace Long Term
Care Home is currently recruiting for:
The Elora Cataract Trail currently
connects Wellington County
from Elora east towards Halton
Region. A new Trans Canada Trail
route in Centre Wellington will
close the gap between Elora and
the Kissing Bridge Trailway in
Waterloo Region to the west.
Site preparation for this new 14
km trail (Cottontail Road Trail)
will begin in the next few weeks
with hazard tree limb and limited
tree removal along the Elora
Research Station on Second Line
East and old Cottontail Road.
This trail is jointly funded by
the County of Wellington, Trans
Canada Trail and Pan Am Legacy
Fund.

Dining Room Assistance for any evening meal from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, or weekend meals with shifts from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm or 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Monday afternoon Recreation programme support from 1:45 pm to 3:15 pm, including bingo or euchre games
• Tuesday afternoon Painting Group support from 1:45 pm to 3:15 pm
• Thursday afternoon Music and Dance programme support from 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm
• Thursday evening Sing and Social programme support from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Supporting our Recreation Staff in helping residents to and from our Sunday afternoon church service from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
