is intended to provide our customers with a list of important
customer resources and support tools.

The mission of the Hoover’s Customer Education Department is to provide high
quality training services to meet our customers’ needs. We ensure that all training
and developmental activity we undertake will have a positive impact on the future
performance of our customers’ businesses. We will provide stimulating training and
helpful resources that motivate individuals to achieve their full potential thereby
helping our customers’ achieve their corporate goals.

TRAINING OPTIONS
We offer a variety of training options for you that will accommodate your schedules
and personal learning preference as you work toward becoming a Hoover’s expert.
Live Open Training – Join a live, instructor-led training. These training sessions are
open to all Hoover’s customers and include a Q&A session. A variety of topics are
available including a general overview of the site and more specific, task-oriented
topics.
Self-Paced Video Tutorials – Check out these concise, self-paced training videos.
These tutorials are self-directed and available any time.
Recorded Training Sessions – Access pre-recorded Hoover’s training sessions on
a variety of topics available at http://hooverstraining.webex.com and then click on
“Recorded Sessions” link on the left navigation. Review the recorded trainings and
click on the one that you’re interested in. These tutorials are WebEx recordings of
the entire training session.

Open Training Schedule – check out what Open Trainings are scheduled so that you
can register for them. Attend a general overview training or pick from a variety of
task-based topics.

Open Training Registration – you can register for any Open Training session
directly at our Hoover’s WebEx Training Center at http://hooverstraining.webex.com.
Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation with log on instructions.
The sessions are hosted in WebEx and you just need a phone line and high speed
internet connection to attend.
