With more than

and construction experience, Jean-Claude (JC) Godard is
a self-motivated leader who has seen success as a result of hard
work, detailed planning, and determination. Born and raised in
Cornwall, a community situated along the St. Lawrence River
in Eastern Ontario, Mr. Godard began his career in 1972.
Mr. Godard initially focused his energies on customhome building and some commercial development. In 1986 he
began designing and developing retirement facilities in Eastern
Ontario. To date (2013), Mr. Godard has designed, developed
and built 15 retirement facilities, an executive forty unit
apartment complex representing over 980 dwelling units.
In 1999 Mr. Godard returned to Cornwall, Ontario and
has been concentrating on devoloping and building Adult and
Senior Living facilities throughout Eastern Ontario.
