Self-Learning Module is a “schedule-it-yourself” review program. All review
notes, test banks and lecture on videos will be provided to the reviewee for
access. It is the reviewee’s responsibility to set its own review schedule
and on what topic to review first.

 Definition
Structured Quizzes (eTest) are online tests composed of randomly
generated questions taken from the ROL-eclassroom test banks.
 Specific Objectives

Serve as basis for monitoring the status of reviewees per topic of
each subject in accordance with CPA Licensure Syllabi.

Serve as feedback mechanism for reviewees to assess their level of
competence.

Provide data in generating the Comprehensive Priority and
Assessment (CPA) Review Guide to identify, understand, and
improve the weak points of reviewees.

These classifications are used to sort the level of a reviewee’s
competence in answering tests of principles, concepts and

Quizzes will only be available as per the posted general schedule.
ROL reviewee has unlimited number of access on each quiz once
made opened.

Each topic will generally have three (3) quizzes classified according
to “paragraph 2.4.6”.

A reviewee will not be allowed to take the next quiz level unless
he/she attained the standard rating set for a particular quiz
classification. Normally, when a reviewee reaches a rating of 75%
and above, he/she is allowed to take the next quiz. A reviewee
should at least get a rating of 75% in Quiz A and Quiz B before
being allowed access to the next topic.

Weekly, a CPA Review Guide will be emailed to each reviewee.
Questions and Time Limits

Normally, each quiz is composed of 15 to 20 questions randomly
generated by the system. Quizzes are set to have time limits to
provide opportunity to manage time effectively and guarantee
fairness in taking the quizzes. In cases when the timer runs out,
the quiz is submitted automatically with whatever answers that
have been filled.


 Definition
Comprehensive Priority and Assessment (CPA) Guide is the monitoring
tool used to identify weak points relevant in the preparation for the
licensure examinations. It is based on the philosophy that a wellorganized system of preparation can help one to succeed in the
licensure examinations. It mirrors one’s status of preparation per topic
of each subject.
 Specific Objectives
CPA guide aims to:

Identify the weak points of reviewees per Topic through the
structured quizzes.

Encourage reviewees to take the structured quizzes until he/she
reaches the acceptable level of competence per Topic.
 Use
As a guide for the use of the CPA Guide, each Structured Quizzes with
specific topic coverage will contain the following table:

Note: The following will serve as a guide of which topics should be
studied first. This tool will help the reviewee to cover all topics giving

Requisites.
The following conditions must be met for the issuance of CPA Review
Guide:

Must take the quizzes within the time period.

Must take each Structured Quiz per Topic.

Must have a valid email address.
 Availability
The CPA Guide shall be emailed to reviewees within 3days after taking
the scheduled weekly quiz.
This lecture-practice–quiz process will continue until the scheduled Online
Simulation Tests.
The Online Simulation Tests will integrate all the knowledge acquired and
enhanced through the lecture–practice-quiz process.

Refresher Course enrollees should meet the required academic score to secure the
following:

years from date of issuance.

Requirements
5.1.1 For those who want to avail any of our ROL Services, he/she must have a
valid email address to create an account in www.reviewer-online.com and
www.rol-eclassroom.com. Note: Use Full Name when creating username in
each site.
5.1.2 For those who want to avail ROL Refresher Course, the following are the
requirements:


Must email a scanned Refresher Course Form filled in handwritten style
with a 1x1 ID Picture to be attached in the form

Must take regular examinations in the test banks Modules for at least
10 Examinations per subjects and must have 50% passing grade per
topic. These will serve as supporting grade to your Refresher Course
Transcript of Records.
5.2
Enrolment Procedures
5.2.1 Sign-up an account to www.reviewer-online.com. Fill in the registration
form. A confirmation email will be sent to verify your email. Once verified,
you may begin logging in and use ROL. Note: Upon completion of
registration, you will be given free access to some of ROL review materials.
5.2.2 When you're ready to take on more reviewers, use the Order Form to
select from various subjects and the review method of your choice (e.g.
test banks, review notes, video lectures, etc.)
5.2.3 Select the option you wish to use for your payment. Pay conveniently
online through our secure payment gateway or you may also deposit to our
bank account. See Section 2.8.
5.2.4 After verification of your payment, your ordered package will be activated
within twenty-four (24) hours. Once activated, you will be requested by
our technical support team to create an account in www.roleclassroom.com depending on the package you purchased, such as Review
Notes, Test banks and structured quizzes (eTest).
5.3
Duration and Access Limits
5.3.1 Duration
All ROL review materials will be available for six (6) months to those who
are officially enrolled to the packages. The count of the 6-months period
will start upon the activation of your order.
5.3.2 Access Limits
The following are the access limits for each ROL review materials:

Review Notes – unlimited access within 6 months.

Test Banks - unlimited access within 6 months.

Structured Quizzes (eTest)–unlimited access until reach the required
rating and available for preview within 6 months. One cannot access
other quizzes unless reach the required rating.

Three (3) Online Simulation Tests– One (1) attempt per Online
Simulation Tests Subject and available for preview within 6 months.

Extensions
5.4.1 After the 6 months duration, the account of the ROL reviewee will be
deactivated. However, he/she has an option to extend his/her access for
an amount of P 1,500.00 per month.

Changes in the Chosen Subscription Package
The following should be followed in cases when a currently enrolled ROL reviewee
changes from/to ROL packages:

Self-Learning Package to Outcome-Based Learning Package
An additional fee of P6,000 will be charged for the additional products to be
included in the change of package. The duration of access will continue in the 6month period.
Outcome-Based Learning Package to Self-Learning Package
The change will just remove the products not included in the Self-Learning
Package. There will be no refund for removal of access in the products not
included.
Per Module Package to Self-Learning or Outcome-Based Learning Package
The Per Module Package will be forfeited upon enrolment to Self-Learning or
Outcome-Based Learning. The duration of access will last for 6 months.
Self-Learning or Outcome-Based Learning Package to Refresher Course Package
An additional P 8,000.00 shall be paid. The 6 months duration in the Self-Learning
Package or Outcome-Based Learning will continue.
Self-Learning or Outcome-Based Learning or Refresher Course Package to Per
Module Package
The existing package will be forfeited upon enrolment to a Per Module Package.
