Select Account - Enter a Partial Name or Number for the Account you would
like to process and the system will supply a list of the accounts that have been
authorized.
Please select one of the items from this list mentioned above
Select radial dial for Order New Service, Upgrades/Replacements or
Accessories using an approved Billing Account Number (BAN) or Order
New Service, Upgrades/Replacements or Accessories using GPC/Credit
Card.

Select device.
Select Yes radial dial for Would you like to move an existing number from
another carrier?

Complete requested information and select Add to Cart.
