Set goals and write performance reviews for employees. Direct all outside consultants engaged for project work.

• Create and sustain partnerships with internal and external constituents, including Tufts University administrators, funding agencies, academic institutions, and local, state, and national policymakers.

• Develop, support, evaluate, and continuously improve Institute projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery of products and customer satisfaction. Facilitate weekly staff meetings. Provide project management and business planning expertise to doctoral-level researchers.
