Notes:

Each block (except 5, 9, I and i) is 55 minutes long, and for lecture courses, one block per week for the
term qualifies for 1 semester hour credit.

The evening class periods (9M, I, 9W and i) may be used in blocks of 55 minutes (1 credit per block –
e.g. 5:15 – 6:10 MW = 2 credit course), 1 hour and 20 minutes (twice a week for 3 credits, e.g. 5:15 –
6:35 TTH = 3 credit course), 2 hours (including 10 minute break for 2 credits per day, e.g. 5:15 – 7:15
TTH = 4 credit course) or 3 hours (including 15 minute break for a 1 meeting per week 3 credit course).

The configurations given above are designed to minimize the impact of each course’s meeting schedule
on the scheduling of other courses by students.
