Current Projects

In collaboration with many other colleagues, Dr. Fuller has have been involved in the planning and implementation of the new pharmacist staffing model at The Nebraska Medical Center that began in February of 2014. The new model involves the integration of all pharmacists in the department rounding as part of multidisciplinary medical teams. The service line model allows pharmacists to work with physicians in “real time” as physicians make decisions about which medications to use to treat their patients. Pharmacists have instant access to the medical teams to contribute in treatment decisions, answer medication questions, and assist physicians in ordering medications.
