SPITZNER ENGINEERS is an engineering

“One common voice to the market” is the motto for the scope
of action of the Hanseatic Engineering & Consulting Association, in short HECAS. The association consists of leading
aviation technology and aerospace technology service providers. The members` customers consist of all the well-known
aviation manufacturers and suppliers. Six of the member
companies have been awarded the status of EADS E2S preferred supplier for engineering services by EADS.
As the general conditions in aerospace industry are particular, cooperation becomes more and more important.
HECAS member companies form “one voice” to customers
and stakeholders and this common voice is definitely their
power of impact: the association unifies all decision makers
of the member companies with their strength to benefit from
synergy effects and to bring things forward. Regular monthly
meetings identify the vital topics the member companies are
faced within the branch.
One example for a common project is an IT working group
which has the objective to optimize operational problems in
cooperation with the customer Airbus. This initiative helps
to improve the common processes and all members benefit
from a more effective and successful way of working.
Another important topic, whereby HECAS is involved, is the
regularization concerning supply of temporary workers. In
