Gain faster access to your tuition benefits and reduce
your up front, out-of-pocket costs through the University
of Phoenix Direct Bill payment option.
If you elect to participate in Direct Bill, the University
will invoice Carroll Hospital Center directly after you
complete a course based on your company's tuition
reimbursement policy.
To enroll in Direct Bill, simply log in to your University of
Phoenix eCampus site. Once you are logged in, select
the Account tab at the top of the screen, and then
select Employer/Tribal Academic Partnership Program.
Select Carroll Hospital Center from the drop-down
menu. Complete the required fields and click submit.
After enrolling in the program, you will need to provide
your enrollment advisor with a tuition approval
document from Carroll Hospital Center and an updated
Student Finance Agreement. You can find this
document in the Financial Options Guide
at http://faw.phoenix.edu. Please note that you should
check Third Party Billing as the primary finance option.
We hope this option helps you simplify the
reimbursement process, allowing you to focus on your
educational goals.
