All beverages sold in the school buildings in the District shall comply with the beverage policy stated in the
May 3, 2006 Memorandum of Understanding agreed to by and among the Alliance for a Healthier
Generation, the American Beverage Association, Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, the Coca-Cola
Company, and PepsiCo, Inc.
