Measuring current 0,1 to 1 mA and Self
heating 0,2 to 0,6K/mW according to ohmic
values.
Class F0.1, F0.15, F0.3 and F0.6 according to
IEC 60751
(Temperature coefficient = 3850 ppm/K)
DESCRIPTION
The Thin-Film Platinum is deposited on a ceramic substrate, then coated with glass. The sensitive element is
extended by radial leads. The Thin-Film sensor can be integrated in different designs of probes. Unhoused for
dry environments only.
