The Alert / Customer Bulletin Index has three columns which contain the following information:
CB NO.
- Customer Bulletin number and date of issuing.
TITLE
- Gives a brief name and description of the bulletin.
STATUS - “ACTIVE” - Inspection is still applicable as a one time inspection and is part of Gulfstream’s Recommended
Inspection Program.
- “INCORPORATED” - The inspection had a recurring requirement and has become part of the Maintenance
Manual.
- “CANCELED” - Inspection is no longer required.
