HBI Holdings Limited is a conglomerate of three companies namely:

HBI Holdings Limited was incorporated on January 19, 2012 with registration number
11806 under the Companies Act No. 19 of 1984. With its head office at Ginnery Corner
in Blantyre, HBI Holdings Limited has a proficient team with vast experience and
knowledge in cutting-edge media and telecommunication technologies, audio and video
production; market analysis, strategic supply chain management and strategic analysis.
Our full range of customisable solution is designed to solve critical business needs by
offering superior services which are unmatched in the telecommunication, information
communication technologies (ICT) and media industry.
HBI Media Services
HBI Media Services was registered on April 2, 2009 under the Business Names and
Registration Act to fill prevailing gaps in communication, ICT, telecommunication and
media-related support services which is crucial factor in the attainment of sustainable,
meaningful and socio-economic development for Malawi.
HBI Institute of Communication and Management
HBI Institute of Communication and Management (HBI.ICM) is one of the country’s
top tertiary institutions. It is registered by the Government of Malawi and accredited by
the Technical Entrepreneurial Vocational Education and Training Authority (TEVETA).
It is a brainchild of HBI Media Services, a center of excellence for public relations
development, communication for development, television and radio production hands-on
training.
