(NOTE: If it is necessary to utilize all five (5) days of the make-up schedule, Early Dismissal Dates for
Seniors and Graduation Date for Seniors will be changed and set at a later time, depending on the number of
calamity days that need to be made up.)
Make-up day (if needed) for major co-curricular dismissal:
First Priority: If calamity day use is not exhausted – use calamity make-up day schedule.
Second Priority: If more than 3 calamity days have been used and a major co-curricular activity dismissal
occurs, the make-up day for dismissal will be the next in order of make-up days on the order of utilization
list.

NOTE: A two-hour delay in the start of school will be observed on the following dates to allow
time for staff development sessions: Thursday, September 16, 2010; Thursday, November 18,
2010; Thursday, February 17, 2011; and Thursday, April 14, 2011. Parents are strongly encouraged
to read school newsletters for exact times or contact building personnel for clarification.
