The health and safety of our students and employees in the workplace is of utmost
importance. New faculty, staff and students working in Clarkson University’s laboratories need
to be educated on the potential safety hazards in their work environment. Please discuss the
following safety-related issues with your supervisor and review and sign this form. Once the
form is completed, please send to Erica Arnold, Environmental Health & Safety Manager
