the team as you help drive procurement best practices and policies across direct and indirect
procurement and supply chain.

Lead with us as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for:
 all daily operational activity to ensure supply availability,
 schedule adherence,
 cost optimisation,
 contract execution and adherence as well as,
 delivery of initiatives supporting both top and bottom line financials.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will help us grow the business as you:











Ensure all purchasing synergies and best practices are identified and obtained across Europe
and these are consistent with and complement the total European Supply Chain strategy.
Conduct reviews using performance data; support development and management of supplier
scorecards, SLA’s and KPI’s.
Manage day-to-day interaction with suppliers to ensure Kellogg and supplier goals are
aligned and met.
Provide SAP administrative support to the European Procurement team to ensure SAP
contract accuracy.
Enter contracts for a range of materials (ingredients and packaging and indirect) for all
European operating units.
Support budgeting process as required by the finance business partner.
Participate in cost reduction opportunities and cost avoidance through strong purchasing
strategies support.
Provide assistance on procurement projects as assigned, including but not limited to
implementation of new locations into SAP, User Acceptance Testing for SAP improvements,
approval matrices, material and vendor set up and VAT updates.
Serve as a Liaison between Procurement and Accounts Payable for day to day activity and
implementing P2P initiatives.
Support Kellogg Strategic Sourcing team on initiatives.
Provide proactive support to the wider Supply Chain team.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Required:

Educated to degree level/business school graduate, or equivalent.

Well evidenced and demonstrable experience in a similar role.

Ability to multi-task on multiple projects/priorities. Strong communication/relationship
management skills.

Strong, relevant systems and IT knowledge including SAP.
Preferred:

English as a business language with intermediate ability in one or more European languages.

Cross functional expertise, in particular working in a pan-European/multi-country
environment would be advantageous.

Execution and results focus with sense of urgency, using your own initiative and strong
communications skills.
