Diagnose software and hardware problems for GP clinical software application using MUMPS, and data downloading to
FHSA. Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support to all customer levels and develop helpdesk protocol software, including
training and supervision of new helpdesk staff:
 Deal with live calls from customers. Diagnose problem quickly and take appropriate action.
 Amend customer software errors remotely via modem connection.
 Organise engineer site visit for hardware related problems. Update helpdesk software protocols for fault diagnosis.
 High-pressure environment dealing with over 1500 sites UK wide. Prioritise and elevation of customer problems.
