Translation: The cooking has to be nice and of a
good standard. Do not restrict or be stingy with
your ingredients. For example, if you are
supposed to put 1kg of sugar you jolly put them
all and not half of it.

Translation: The customers are the ones that
motivated me. They would come up to me and
say that my rojak, rojak power and porridge are
delicious. They are the reason why others come
by my stall

Kita cuma bimbang masakan kita. Kita jangan

penting yang kita risaukan. Kalau masakan kita
sedap, Insha’Allah.
Translation: Most importantly, you should always
ensure that the cooking is of a good standard.
Should not be envious with what others are doing.
Your cooking should be your main priority.

achievement for any hawkers. According to Mr
